Today was the first weekend day we've had in the city that we didn't have plans, so we took advantage of all the unscheduled time and spent six hours walking around the city. We walked up to the Presidio so we could take the requisite San Francisco photo with the Golden Gate bridge, but the fog didn't exactly cooperate.

Wind and fog aside, it was still fun to walk around a part of the city we haven't explored before. We had Thai food for lunch and gelato and crepes afterward, and all in all walked about 10 miles so the dessert doesn't count.

Tomorrow I get to go to Sacramento for work, I am excited to see a new part of California, and also to be in a place that is going to be above 60 degrees!
